Been trying to level up med weapon and willpower for like an hour, doing jobs, bounties, fighting off voidwalkers, doing side quests, and yet i still get this:

U should already be doing bosses at like power 16
did you perchance use a lot of autodidact points
U used a lot of free trainings which put u in a lot of exp debt since it doesnt give exp req
Get more exp from doing bosses or a bunch of jobs to pay it iff
