Explanation
Insufficient damage. Not doing as advertised ADVERTISED AS 25% EXTRA DAMAGE DOES LESS DAMAGE THAN ARDOUR SCREAMS:

Ardour scream is advertised as 12.5%
This is also not a damage cap and I will provide a clip in a short moment.
This clip shows ardour + ardour scream proving that the armor talent is providing the same buffs as ardour scream which is not an intended feature.

This is ardour + ardour scream which connotates that titanslayer armour gives the same buffs as ardour scream

It isn’t meant to use ardour scream it’s meant to be double the effectiveness

Its doing 25% not 12.5% (12 to 15)
Then is my damage to the dummy a visual glitch?? It’s clearly doing the same as ardour scream which it’s not meant to
Is ardour scream 12.5%? If so then the clips I’m showing makes primal rage 12.5% too
If this is a visual glitch then I’m just wrong but from other things I’m witnessing like fighting duke and stuff I genuinely see no difference

This is correct, dealing 83% dmg with multiplied ardour scream and ardour innate (bugged and probably bypasses dmg cap)

Ardour dmg buff itself is a bug either way, removing the dmg buff removes it bypassing cap

If ur high base dmg cap titanslayers dmg increase wont be as strong

And I didn't have any additonal buffs in the regular m1 clip and the ardour scream clip

Ik there's been problems with stats in the past where it'd tell me I have like 490 hp even when i put on my kit

i guess the only way we can see if it's a dmg cap is if i test with both primal and ardour active at the same time which I don't think makes a difference therefore it's a dmg cap
i think i've tested it before and it gave me 80 something that's prob with ardour too tho
ardour is bypassing the SOFTCAP, the softcap is at 1.25 and the hard cap is at 1.50, when the softcap is reached any futher damage buffs are halfd

The percentage increase from 55.2 to 69.17 is approximately 25.31% The percentage increase from 69.17 to 78.83 is approximately 13.97%
so I think it's clear everything is being halved from my dmg being 69.17 since i've already hit the soft cap
but that makes 39.28
dawnsfist ring is not a damage multplier
okay, the scaling brings up a lil okay but that doesn't explain why isshins ring alone is bumping it up by 25%
it should only be 20%

but then this means i haven't hit a soft cap unless it's my talents..?
so we have 20% then 55.2 x 1.125 = 62.1 62.1 - 55.2 = 6.9
69.17 + 6.9 = 76.07
55.2 x 1.25 = 69 69 - 55.2 = 13.8
69.17 + 13.8 = 82.97

ardour scream does 12.5% dmg buff
the softcap is at 25%, you have 15% so ardour will hit the cap, so will primal rage
"Ardour Scream grants a +12.5% damage and posture damage modifier to the attacks targeting the opponent affected by Ardour Scream"
that's the soft cap not the hard cap why am i limited to 78.83
because ardour scream is bypassing the softcap, meaning you with your buffs applied is doing 78.83, primal rage is not bypassing the cap and being halved meaning the 25%/2 becomes 12.5%
so if you apply a 12.5% buff and compare it to a 12.5% buff the result will be the same
if i combine primal rage and ardour scream I will stay at 78.83
you can also add the extra damage from that one talent that procs when ur low hp and it will also work properly
(unknown user mentioned) as seen in both above clips you are not capped at 78 damage
