Explanation
For context, if you do Ploom's quest for the talent, you need to talk to him TWICE to get the talent, I JUST learned this because I WIPED to Aska (The Pleeksty's Inferno NPC) because Ploom dosent give you the talent instantly, please, fix, this, thing. It is said NOWHERE on the wiki that you need to talk to him twice, h***, it says you'll get it INSTANTLY, a restore would be appreciated since there is no information concerning the bug in the first place unless you look through bug reports.

this seems to be the issue for only the charisma and flamecharm option 3 dying ember will get you the talent
check your talents next time 🤷♂️ issue is old and known
You cant assume everyone knows everything
never said you were supposed to know the issue just check your talents and make sure you've got everything before
