Explanation
WHY CAN TITUS PARRY, HE IS A 70k HP BRICK WALL IN AN EXTREMELY BROKEN AND UNFAIR DUNGEON?!?!
-# also bugwoken devs, nerf the lazers and the NPCs, and like remove PvE vents from there, I don't even hit the authority chainwarden and they all vent in unison, not to mention they don't get failed vent stun.
(If you can bother me to run titus ever again, I can post a clip later.)

Intended, some NPCs have an anti cheese mechanic that makes them parry mantras used from far away
I'm using it at almost point blank
Like I'm leaving the lil cheese spot and walking up to him, and he still parries the entire metal rain
Speaking of which they managed to make that spot really small and annoying to reach...
Why tf can titus even parry
He has 70k HP
not 100% sure but I would assume its a similar mechanic to
He's a humanoid isn't he why wouldn't he be able to parry

where he parries ranged attacks
i think most of the stronger npcs in the game have it
So why didn't he do this before?

Before the recent patch he wasn't parrying every move
He occasionally parried but not parrying entire metal rains like every other humanoid
(Which why do they have 100% parry consistency on metal rain?)

Yeah it is, using ranged attacks makes titus autoparry just like enmity
I'm using it at very close range
The range is actually pretty small for titus to autoparry btw
im not a tituser unfortunately i am not those who know
Like you need to be 10 ish studs away and he’ll start autoparrying
The size OF a metal rain?
Sometimes I miss and it lands directly between me and titus
If you can get a clip thats great, yeah pretty much the length of metal rain as the range
The thing is that he's doing this with my pale briar crit too
My pale briar crit was working fine against titus tbh
I block jet kick, use crit, and he still perfect parries
He's literally touching me and still does it
Titus can parry some stuff iirc and when he parries he autoparries the rest of the attack such as metal rain
This dungeon is actually ragebait
(Dunno if intentional) Dont use metal rain unless you are certain he has enough stun for you to finish windup before he uses another move

I'm using the repeated head trauma cheese method, and it worked fine like a few days ago
But after I went to collect the storm enchants for specialist set this started happening
Which why tf is titus armor piece DROPPABLE?
The issue with Titus is not even his ai or anything, the boss is cool. The artificial difficulty the pre-titus dungeon has: One shot lasers, 1 bar per swing vice wardens, etc.
for trading and giving to ppl and stuff why not

its the same thing as broodlords and threshers randomly parrying stuff like caultrops
and enmity apparently parrying point blank metal rain

and how utterly buggy it is sometimes even titus can bug under the floor 😭
He can parry taunt if theres a small gap
