there are certain elemental cards that bug your ability to use shrine of mastery. it's unfortunate indeed...

And I managed to get 2 points off, when I gave Shrine it became 28.

yeah, certain cards just bug your ability to use it entirely for certain stats, even if your the connected arent a requirement
