Explanation
spamming the activation button with a full bar, and it just doesnt activate at all. I was in the titus dungeon, if that has anything to do with it?? i dont know what a clip would even help with here, since it just doesnt work at all

Is the bar depleting but not giving the sovereign bangle
If you mean you arent getting sovereign bangle, you need a progression talent to get the weapon on activation
what i meant by a clip being of no use is that its just a clip of me spamming x and nothing happening
with a full barim fully progressed on blightsurger, i have all talents
Get a clip showing you pressing x
u can see i have all talents, and it just doesnt activate
and its not my keyboard since if i swap the taunt key to x, for example, it works fine
(it still doesnt let me activate sov state tho, even if i change the keybind)
it worked perfectly fine yesterday, im not sure if i did something to bug it but i feel like its an important bug to report anyways
can confirm sometimes it doesnt activate
for me, atleast in this server, its not just sometimes
like i cant use it at all
Ah thats fur to a different bug
Bug that stops you from activating sub-states like phantom step etc
this is like even worse tho cause its a big part of the oath
