Explanation
Flaming Flourish doesn't seem to work in pve, my build is using twisted puppets so that might be another problem. The talent only works on uppercuts.

really? i had it working just fine a week ago on ferryman
it wasn't twisted but it did put them on fire

they've been broken for a while in terms of mobs dunno for ferryman though

Twisted puppets doesnt work on ferryman at all maybe not on most mobs idk
