Explanation
When I went to talk to Jarvis I gave him the item I wanted but then canceled on the appearance menu. Afterwards I lost the first item I gave him permanently.
Pls fix also lemme get my item back.

its a really old bug and was forwarded ages ago, nothing much you can do about the item. You can try a senior ticket to get it back <#920733971011235900>
create a senior ticket if you need it back
