it says i need to spend a exorbitant ammount of notes and i just spent in total 31500 and i still didnt get it? (+now i have to spend over the note cap to be able to roll)

you need 100k notes spent. so what you need to do because the note cap is 15k is just get to 16k wipe and then do it again like 3-4 times
