Explanation
Title half right, but basically, especially in his second phase whenever you parry his dash attack, he guardbreaks, which makes him tp as soon as you get close to him. blocking or rolling at attack makes him also do that, rendering the only pattern attackable in phase 2 his lightning (upclose at least)
