Explanation
So pre much, I was progging a PVE build, and i suddenly got the phoenix flames talent. I didn't know the requirements for it, so I looked them up and realized i didn't have the talents to obtain them, but I just assumed it was a change they made in the Vow of Iron update. On top of that, a voidwalker came to fight, and while we we're fighting, the talent popped, but not once, multiple times back to back without even being on fire. For some reason, my medal isn't opening right so i can't show the clip as of right now, but once I'm able to, I will.
