Explanation
I was given talents such as "Carrilon Call", "Blessing of the Moonseye" and "Ascended Phoenix Flames" through normal talent card hands. I'm unsure as to if these are supposed to be in base game but judging by what they do I'd assume not.
I also spawned with a resonance as if I were using Saint Jay, and am incapable of dropping weapons and equipment.
