tried to redo enforcer but still no roll
do i have to do the two other talent quests then trade them for a mantra

- 60 talents obtained
- 74 talents total you are missing 2 talents from talent hand quests as expected since you only did 1/3. You have a mantra from the mantra hand quest, not missing that either. not bugged
