Explanation
Choosing the Berserk perk and getting the Simian and The dancer as your core memories does not unlock your cap. I have done the Simian and finished it, It said memory unlocked and it didn not unlock my memory and my cap stayed the same. I went over to go do Ferryman where there was 3 Ferrymans for some reason so I logged. I came back and tried to spawn ferryman in and all it told me was that there was a strange symbol on the ground and I should focus on the task at hand, This is gamebreaking bug for Berserker progression requiring you to wipe and redo your build if you want to proceed with your memento

I know im aware that I have to do the core memories in order to progress the VOI, I did the one I had to do at level 5 and it didn't uncap my level and now I can't do the other one either so what should I do?
