Explanation
When it became 12 pm i was in a 1day old server and it spawned but once i server hopped to some new servers like 5 minutes - 7 minutes it wasn't there at all and i know it wasn't killed because there not only wasn't anyone or chest but it's literally impossible to kill it that fast.

Blame this one on canons, during the big boat upd that broke a lot of things they either shadowbuffed cannons or made them have 100% pen, eitherway you kill bosses 30x faster than before with them now
dont think the buff on cannons was intentional
