He heals to 3 bars and if you bring him down to 2.5 he pops his ult again 😭

alright so
I fought him for about 20 minutes striaght, every time he goes into p2 he crashes the ENTIRE room with ruble that legit one shots if your not in a cell, and every time he goes into p2 he heals to 3 bars. getting him to 2.5 bars causes him to go into p2 AGAIN resulting in him being UNKILLABLE
anyways 2nd clip is what happens if you dont go in a cell, you get ripped to shreds
Clearly not a bug he just chose the new ascended phoenix flame talent in his build
(In all seriousness how the h*** did this got through)
ascended phoenix is disabled in his dungeon
I guess no one tested anything but voi stuff 😭
