unless my sanity is crumbling irl ive been depths grinding for like an hour and im still to the point of scratching at myself so either this is a bug or this slot is cursed and or they changed the scaling of the sanity gain to way too little

its gonna take a lot of mobs
ive been stuck at max insanity even after killing like 10+ sharkos, countless threshers, many jellyfish, crabs etc
Vro CyF js gives you so little sanity that the depths passive sanity overrides its effects anyways
Its mainly only good for like diluvian where theres alotta mobs to where it makes any impact at all
Its not smth you should depend on for sanity
guess i missed the update where they made it useless

To be honest it was bugged for a really long time iirc but i forgot if that was ever patched
