Explanation
having a weaker internet and going to far distances with teleportation bell, going to guildbase, using voideye, spawning in the vow of iron memory place, potentially more spikes your ping to extremely high (1-15k) causing you to fall out of the map and die, making you have to reset or rejoin. also occurs really oftenly for me. probably an issue with rendering
