Explanation
I killed Enmity prior to the shutdown that Cory did earlier, and broke the barrier, but it respawned after the shutdown. I can't fight Enmity again, meaning I literally cannot fight Lord Regent, and I have to reprog.

Yeah I went to go hit Power 20 and get other Mementos and now I just can't fight the boss because the giant green barrier is back up
In the other post someone said they killed a Shogun and it opened the barrier which it does seem to work
same for me
i got singapore server on regent fight
kill a wild shogun in etris
I did do that and it worked

is wild shogun just any shogun or some sort of specific one
any shogun but now its bugged, doesnt work anymore
so there isnt anything i can do to do regent
nothing you can do rn.
