its not on the all servers i did rat king like 30 min ago and it was normal. i joined normal server in the overworld and it healed %50 another server was still %5 too

its a bug now because they reworked how memory shards worked

deepwoken bug reports dictatorisnt a mod they cant check, im assuming they thought that it was intentional because of the "bug fixes" the bug was that you took way less dmg than u were supposed to on guardbreak.

the downsides for ironvessel are too big now, i got guard breaked in parry trial and it did 70% of my hp

However I don’t think instantly dying to a single attack off a guardbreak was intentional
