Explanation
I've done 2 runs where I kill the bonekeeper, activate the generator, and speak to the kyrsguard. Chaser hasn't appeared both times. I've always done it like this so are there new reqs or is this a bug?

no I just ran to chaser like a normal run no clips or skips or anything

or well the start of it, still waiting another 6 months for them to actually fix l2 and allow speedrunning again

can you get evidence that they consitently do not spawn
