Explanation
I can only use it in cerebral spine and u can spam it even tho its on cd and its rare to be able to use it outside of cerebral spine and 0% chance to be able to use it in a dungeon

its because its only usable when not wielding a weapon (sheathed)

Alright so i just found out that it doesnt even have a cooldown at all so u can just spam it when u dont have your weapon unsheathed but the buff doesnt stack just visual effect (plus dmg)
