Explanation
In every server I've checked (at least in Vow of Iron), Primadon's fire just stays stuck on that message. You may not even be able to spawn him, but I wouldn't know since I have yet to catch a server that didn't have him spawned yet.

same here, ive had no problem before and could spawn him without doing anything b4 everytime. every server i join cant spawn him, and i just joined a server and spent 10 min waiting for the fire to get off that message

I'm having the same issue, and I have the memory for him. Gimme like 5 minutes and I'll grab screenshots

can't spawn him in despite having the memory task and its pissing me off because i dont want to spend 30 minutes grinding regular jobs
was power 6, simian terror memory, flame was giving the same text as above for every server
so i just wiped ill try getting the memory task again
to see if it persists
if you died/primadon was spawned when you had the memory at any point you wont be able to summon him
i made a new slot, fought shogun, got to power 6, went to do primadon without any deaths at that point just as regular
