Even the kennith is now in layer 2 floor 2

did you destroy the statue and all the other various requirements

also you sure you got kill credit for the shogun

also you sure you even killed a shogun and not one of the various other shogun-like npcs

and I broke the statue

i can confirm this bug exists, im soft locked as well

what if an npc got kill credit

not another thing did dammage to it So I should have the kill credit

just killed three extra shoguns to make sure, yeah its bugged
