Explanation
When placing a Sanguine Candle at the sigil near Trial of One in VOI, the candle is consumed without being visibly placed, and absolutely nothing happens. I am fairly confident that this is a bug. I do not have a clip atm but I am trying again when I get another candle and will clip that time if the bug is repeated
