Explanation
Me and other players cant fight lord regent ( On iron of Vow ) After defeating the True enmity and leaving the barrier for the first time you get tp.

1º Defeat Enmity 2º Break the statue and leaving from the castle ( Also logging ) 3º Rejoin and cant enter to the barrier

its such a shame someone grinds all the way to regent js to get softlocked like this
