Explanation
i don't know if it is a bug but i was in union base and then i crashed, and then when i loaded back in i was in fragments and this is the pop up i got. I have no clue what generic means but i have no clue how i wiped (i don't have a clipping system)

I have no clue what i was in combat too since i was in union base, and it was clear when i entered and i didn't get hit by any mobs.
