Explanation
This is that mesh that appears once you are doing the duke questline in pathfinder, where it's the blood trail leading to Kennith impaled on the wall with the Royal Etrean Guard nearby. It's floating mid air near Etris in VOI, this is me at the Etrea Home Boundary looking off the cliff.
