Explanation
I asked a few days ago if you were to prog a new build, if the "talent overflow" bug would affect you, of course the mods can't know for sure, but it happened to me know, but it only happened once I got to level 20, I also used the shrine to turn in 2 mantras, so I was thinking it might have something to do with that?

Maybe, if its not given back automatically when its fixed you can get them back via a senior ticket
