Explanation
From my research, nobody else has posted about this in Bug Reports, as I've searched both "Corporal" and "Lance Corporal" and found no relevant results. If there does happen to be one I missed, please refer me to it so I may thumbs up the post. Tysm :^)
In any traditional military, Lance Corporal always comes before Corporal. Never in history has Corporal come before its Lance counterpart. I know it's a small change, but it seriously detracts from the realism and I've seen other Ensigns complain about this. (Technically isn't the correct use of Ensign either but that matters much less)
