He've been joining in any slot in any origin and It's not working, I couldn't record rn I'm going to ask him later. However It doesn't matter what he do he cannot enter, being a level 1 voidwalker - per example.

Okok I'll ask him to try removing. But there's a thing, I hv those items equipped and the trial works for me. He thinks its due the vow of iron. I have two friend with this problem. I hv not played much the VOI. They did.
