Explanation
i was tryna bell check in depths after bell checking around 3 times by going in and out of dethps i still didnt have it and after getting out of depths aparently i had unlocked mine withouth getting to see the bell animation when you pop it i just had mine

"You can get regalia by escaping depths, you got the regalia that gives you bell" was somethign that a bug report fein said, not positive its true tho
really? ive never seen that its not even on the wiki
i should also add i had the last dialogue for bell obtainment with sibex before i started bell checking thought it had to do with the bell prog bugs going around
im pretty sure it was already reported once

a guy got his bell popped after teleporting to surface
u can restore ur bell second life because its a bug i think
