Explanation
I'm currently playing as Authority Ensign, and having Villain reputation with Etrea, I expected to be attacked and receive their regular dialogue.
Instead, their dialogue changed and I was not attacked. This is almost certainly a bug -- I have seen nothing regarding this on the Wiki. My guess is the developers tried to implement dialogue for having positive reputation, but somehow did the opposite. I'm pretty sure there was a similar bug in the past regarding this kind of thing with the Divers and Authority factions.
If I'm by any means mistaken, and this is an intended feature, please tell me and I can close this bug report.
