Explanation
So like, popped moonsye and I went straight to get decisive blow, but guess what 57 knowledge down and not a single critical specialist pop out, surely this is NOT intended, I made a hundred builds and such thing never occurred to me , I burnt successive throw and now the other 2 talents NEVER pops out , I changed server , mystic re-do and the results are the same. Someone help

mystic doesnt 100% guarantee the talent and yes you can get VERY unlucky
im talking 30-40 knowledge could be spent before getting the talent
how come decisive blow doesn't pop and finishing touch ? Clearly it's there
game wise this should not even happen since 3 talents doesn't even correlate
all 3 have different requirements
