Explanation
I progged twice and both times I got tped and then got kicked by this message
If it helps, I progged through Rat King -> Level 5 -> True Enmity -> Immediately ran to Regent (after destroying the statue) without killing any of the Shoguns in his place

Yes Level 10 req to fight regent but shogun isnt required
