Explanation
When activating the boss, it was completely absent during its cutscene and the fight. (PS: It spawned after 7 minutes of waiting when i walked to the edge of the arena)

Like the PS said, it spawned after some waiting, but it did take 7 minutes

Walk to the edge of the arena to spawn him, only spawns in when you are outside of his spawning chunk
