Explanation
A few of them are grey, when I click on them I can't join any of the servers thus I can't make a character, every single other slot doesn't have that issue but those 3. Feels bad because I paid for it and now I can't use it .-.

gray slots = iron vow slots (or just bugged visually which is a known bug) click quick join and see where it sends you rq
