Explanation
Withering soul doesn't work anymore. Hitting training dummy does not proc wither at all. Previously the m1's procced the talent but not anymore.

real and true and bump! wither on m1's in general is broke as wither blade doesnt proc any wither on basic attack either

they finna forget it like weal , too obscure for them to care
it's the whole point of the weapon, it's like if the crit of iron requiem didn't fire bullets, yk
I really like the weapon , and indeed hope they fix it , it is far more detrimental of a bug than 1 of 3 criticals , but the fact remains that weal is bugged since early October and witherblade although having a far more clear role and purpose in the game , even a number of viable builds , it is still a very niche and rare weapon
I fear that unless they notice it it may stay bugged
