Explanation
i enter lord regent's palace to do his boss fight and when he ties me in his strings and starts his dialogue before entering the dungeon some fat guy starts m1ing me right there and makes me half hp when the bossfight starts

i'm assuming this is not intended/they most likely didn't want this to happen so that's why i'm putting this in bug reports and not like suggestions
intentional, you can get hit during the string "cutscene"
been confirmed by a tester
why the h*** would they want this to be a thing that can happen
that definitely sounds like a bug
like if you put that in suggestions you would write "make this do what it is supposed to do" which sounds like something you would say for a bug not a suggestion
