Explanation

So I talked to one of the Fort Merit npcs and they hit me so hard that I woke up in jail. After landing in jail, I tried to escape, however I was 1% HP so I got killed by an Authority Soldier. Another escape was trying to reach an Etrean ship to possibly break out of handcuffs, sadly I drowned and got sent to The Depths. Now, this is where the issue really starts, I escaped Depths and noticed I can't use critical, I tried resetting, rejoining nothing worked and now I can't use critical on any slots
