Explanation
Im not sure if im supposed to get regent to second stage, in the wiki it doesn't say i have to, I went to Moons Eyrie got the blessing and defeated all 3 bosses, im not to sure if my kill on True heart Enmity counted since i only have 2 markers saying i only beat Rat King and Shogun.

i recorded my entire progression from level 5 and getting the blessing to beating shogun, dravik and true enmity back to back, all with said blessing, yet i didn't get the memento
