Explanation
Human battery only works on people who you don’t apply surge stacks too.
Meaning you have to be fighting with someone else who is also running surge path so when they proc surge stacks you can proc human battery.
See how inconvenient that sounds, it’s basically impossible to use in a normal situation.
Also I’ve tested and it’s been confirmed that the shadow/thundercall hybrid talent called battery sapper doesn’t work at all.
I suggest you a simple change where you can proc human battery on targets that YOU proc surge stacks on and not other peoples surge stacks.
The shadow/hybrid talent battery sapper is fine itself they just need to fix it.
FIX THESE THEY HAVE SO MUCH POTENTIAL
