Explanation

previously i had a build that i wiped with vow of thorns equipped, and since you have to turn off echo modifiers manually when wiping a build with modifiers on it is impossible to get rid of vow of thorns as it is stuck on the slot since it's option is gone to disable it in the menu.

as you can see the slot is fresh as it is 18 years old, and it says iron vow in the bottom left which vow of thorns got renamed to.
