Explanation

so i had this bounty on this central authority dude in etrean luminant, he beat me, tried to grip but obv, central authority just sends to prison, theres no prison there so nothing happened, fast forward to when i had to go to eastern luminant, it teleported me straight to prison but not in a normal way, it tped me and my boat, glitched underneath the prison, in some rocks and I'm literally unable to move or do anything so I can't escape
