I rejoined the server a couple of times

No card roll

This happend multiple times on alot of my builds

talent hand quests dont give you the hand instantly if you're not maxed

When does it give then?

it gives you the talent hand on your next level up

Was changed, now gives on rejoin

Unless that was fixed (?)

However last i checked it was working and gave talent on rejoin

(unknown user mentioned) reminder that you can only get 3 talent hands max from quests, There are 3 types of quests, bravery, compassion, curiosity Each type had multiple quests but doing multiple of the same type will only give one total
