Explanation
After wipe i got 20 echoes with a modifier of 3.2x which should give me 64 and not 63, and no its not a visual bug i get 63 echoes and not the 64

Well that's the only way I can think of that would cause it
you dont even need to round it
it is likely the echo modifier reading wrong (should be 3.15x)
and it rounded up

Yeah true value could be 3.15 and they are rounding up to 1 decimal to make it look nicer in UI
Why don't we do the math and see what total multiplier should be
