yes but as I know you can verify with documents to enable chat

however in some countries you can do nothing, its blocked entirely

I am in Russia and my roblox acc is verified with passport, and yet I cant use chat in any means

And yes it's a predator move the verification part cause now they know exactly who they are targetting
