Explanation
I was in an Enemy when a guy sent me Layer 2 with a bug in the Lumensplinter's critical hit, and I just started falling into the Layer 2 void, and apparently got banned.

I quit the game after the void bug and the message "you do not have permission to enter this experience" appeared.
