Explanation
Paths defender says it gives +10 posture bonus yet upon equipping it visibly changes nothing and when blocking a mudgolem kick i get block broken
Khan Shield says it gives +8.4 posture bonus and same visual bug and when i block a mudgolem kick i dont get block broken instead my posture fills 3 bars and a bit
Bronze Aspis says +4.2 posture bonus still no visual bug but when i block a mudgolem kick my posture bar only fills 2 bars

IT WAS REALLY A BUG!
the clip explains everything, the moderation bot is the worst at moderating words

basically paths defender gives to my knowledge 0 posture bonus, khan shield gives small posture bonus and bronze aspis gives normal shield bonus all of it not being visible tho
Wait does the posture scale down with your stats since you aren't maxed
not sure if its only in voi cause i dont go on main game anymore
Try progging to max and see if the difference still happens

ill prolly not be able to get the khan shield cause i just died with it and its rarer than literally anything else ive ever gotten (didnt even think it was part of the obtainable lootpool at one point) but i still have the paths defender
ok so nvm the posture does scale with your fortitude to shield
got to lvl 10 and the paths defender can now block mudgolems kick
tho it still visually doesent change but that doesent matter
no wait i forgot i equipped armor that reduces posture taken
like 2 mins ago so i still cant block a mud golem kick with paths defender
and at p15 nothing changed
im at 60 ftd
Get to 75 and see if there's a difference
ill try but im not 100% sure i can beat enmity as ive only done it once before

i did many times i used acatar and allat
it doesent help
ive resorted to only breathing with my mouth which just feels unnatural
ok so i got 76 in ftd and due to equipment i can still block hits from mudgolem however its still performing 3x worse than the aspis shield, aspis shield making me take 1 bar of posture and path finder making me take 3 bars
i also just got kite shield just now so ill check that too
1.8 bars with kiteshield 2 star whereas 0 star aspis takes 1.5 bars
