this bug happend to me multiple times about 4 times now even tho i have no leaf in the wind talents. and its not a luck problem bc even the mystic npc shows no butterfly talent either

Can't mystic rare options, and you need Evasive Expert to get Ghost
You've got 2/4 Butterfly talents
i cant roll evasive im not talking about ghost
and u can see that the req are swift rebound which i alr got
If you've got 15 Agility and Swift Rebound then I'm afraid you're just unlucky
i alr got 65 agilty and how is it luck if even the mystic doesnt show it?
